Sara,
Do effective teachers ever stop looking for ways to improve? Do strong leaders ever stop looking for ways to improve education? Probably not. If you are ever finished you probably should retire because you have lost your drive to learn. What better way to show students and coworkers alike what you want from them by showing you are still working and learning?

A really nice looking blog Sara. I couldn't agrea with you more when you stated "Teachers and administrators what want to be good, strong leaders never stop looking for ways to improve all aspects of education". My current administrators is a reflection of this statement, among all the great things he has done for our campus he even got the hot water turned on in the bathrooms. That may seem small, but for 6 years we have washed our hands in cold water and in a faculty meeting we off-handed said we wished we could get hot water in the bathrooms. He herd and took the time to get it fixed. When he did that we new that if he would help us with that small detail, that he was committed to assisting us in helping in all our needs.
I love your statement that we can no longer just impact one child, we must take accountability and impact all our students!
